In case anybody is wondering, the tri suits wil have the same basic design and color scheme as the bike jersey in the picture. The intent was to make them look "clean" and sharp. The dark colors will wash and wear well; especially in the case of the tri suits which will not get dingy from swimming in some of the lakes we swim in. The tri suits will be gender specific and be available in one or two piece. Manufactured by Voler, which is a very good quality.

I am not sure on when we can order. I think the goal was to have them available by Christmas time frame. I will let either Tony or Shanna comment as they know way more than I do about it.

I am just getting in from being out of town for five days and catching up on all of this. I obviously missed the fitting, but since I am expecting a future triathlete don't know that a fitting would do me any good anyways. Any of the ladies who ordered want to share their thoughts on fit? smaller or larger than the last order?

Ok folks I need to explain how the cost of the new Sunrise bike jerseys and tri suits will work. In the interest of time (volunteer time, shipping time, etc.) and cost we worked out a deal with Voler to get a discount depending on how many we order. There is a significant price break if we order a certain number of each piece. This may sound complicated, but it is not. Following this post, Jeremy Brown will post a link to the Voler website, along with a Sunrise "code" which will identify you as a Sunrise member and customize your order for Sunrise pieces. You place your order and your order will be shipped directly to your house. Here is the one and only "issue" with the pricing - You will pay the price for each piece depending on how many pieces have been ordered up to that time. HOWEVER, and this is a BIG HOWEVER, once all the orders have been received by Voler, YOU WILL BE REIMBURSED for the difference between what you originally paid and the price we negotiated based on the total number of orders for that piece. Sound confusing? In other words, you may have to pay more at first if you're one of the first to order, but you will be reimbursed later. I know this may be a headache, but it's the only way we can get good quality suits, not tie up our volunteers with all the work of organizing an order and distributing all the pieces, and get the best deal. Remember we have over 300 members - that would be a lot of work to organize all that. Trust me, it will be worth it. If you are not completely satisfied with your jersey or tri suit because of size or quality, I will reimburse you whatever you paid. HOW CAN YOU GO WRONG? i will post the pricing schedule in a day ot two. Post any questions you may have so everybody can see the answer.

From the couple of people I have talked to they fit like the other ones did for the most part. Congrats on the future triathlete!

Ok folks, in order for us to be able to receive the order before Christmas, we will need to place all orders before 5:00 pm on October 27. I know that only leaves us one week. However, that means that you will be reimbursed pretty quick if you happen to be one of the first to order. So please go to the Voler website per the instructions previously provided to place your order. This will make a perfect Christmas gift for yourself!

The preferred choice at the fittings was the Triton, it was the smooth material. The other one was called Forza and it was textured.
