Free 2012 Training Log (Running)

There's a few people here I think who have used my Excel-based training log so this is notification of the yearly update. I prefer it since it is "Month-At-A-Glance" and I don't trust the various online training logs (too many stories of not being able to access it or losing all your info, etc). I actually do use mine online (work, home, or on smartphone) via "DROPBOX" .

Anyone is welcome to use it freely and modify it as they see fit, etc.

Here's my personal log as an imperfectly-rendered html file as an example of how it can be used: cypressop.com/misc/2010%20Training%20Log.htm **change "2010" to "2002"-"2009" for past years** I never uploaded 2011 since I haven't done any real training lately and haven't been active on the forums, etc.
