Hey Gang. If your 50 and over and still up to it after our great Duathlon, the Senior Olympics is having their 5K and/or 10K bike time trial. It's at 2:00pm April 15 on the corner of Ellerbe Rd. and Frierson Rd. (Hwy 175). Cost is $15 so see ya there or here!
