Ok. I know we have discussed this before and you know my shoulder issues. What is the name of that "wobbly thingy" that you use at practice and also any simple, can do anywhere shoulder strengthening "workouts" or stretches that would help? Thanks!

The wobbly thing I have is a Bodyblade and the model I have is the sportblade. It is great for athletes that use their shoulders. Baseball pitchers use them too.
Using stretch bands to do rotator cuff exercises are great. They are cheap, come in a variety of resistance and you can do them almost anywhere. Swimmers need to keep their rotators happy and strong.
