I joined the club at the beginning of the summer but unfortunately Ive had a busy summer. Now its time for me to get more serious and actually train instead of just doing workouts. I have trouble making the group rides and runs because of my quirky work schedule 7a-7p. I work 2 on 3 off 2 on 2 off. Today is the first 2. I could probably make the weekend brick every other week but id like to have somebody to train with on my work days. Morning or night.

On your work days or your off days? What sort of pace?

Id like to have someone to run/bike with. Maybe even lift with. I lift MWF and do cardio TThS. Right now my mile time is 8min/ mile give or take. Im willing to adjust my schedule if i can find a training buddy.
